Recipe: Miso noodle soup with coconut milk
Step 1:
Chop the meat.
Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Step 2:
Put the oil in a pan and fry the meat.
Add the ginger and garlic.
Add the coconut milk and water when cooked.
Step 3:
Add the vegetables of your choice (bok choy, leek etc).
Step 4:
After boiling, add miso paste, sugar and soy sauce.
Step 5:
Untangle the noodles well and bring to the boil in another saucepan.
Drain the noodles and place in a bowl.
Pour the soup into the bowl.
Step 6:
Add rayu, sesame seeds… as you wish.
