Recipe: Matcha Panna Cotta
For 2 panna cotta :
Step 1:
Soak the gelatin in water until softened.
Mix the green tea with sugar.
Step 2:
Heat the milk in a saucepan.
Add the sugar and dissolve it before bringing to a boil.
Step 3:
Add the softened gelatin and dissolve it, then add the cream and mix well.
Step 4:
Pour the mixture into glasses and let it cool in the refrigerator.
