Two chefs at the event  

We’re delighted to have two chefs on hand to lead these demonstrations.    

Chef Yuki Ichikawa, founder of Omotenashi Cuisine, created to promote Japanese culinary and gastronomic culture worldwide. Based in Lyon, France, she gives Japanese cooking classes and knife-sharpening courses.

Pierre Boudy Sirha
Chef Pierre Boudy is the co-founder of Japan Food Institute, assisting customers in the creation of their restaurant, kiosk and production kitchen. A graduate of the École hôtelière de Périgueux, he has over 25 years’ prestigious experience (luxury brasserie, gastronomy, grand hotel, banqueting…, in France and internationally), with experience as Deputy Executive Chef and Head of Recipe and Product Development at Sushi Shop Group

 

Master-Class: Dive into the world of sake with Maryam Masure 

 

Maryam Masure

Sake sommelier and L’Atelier du Saké ambassador Maryam Masure will be hosting a Master-Class on Japanese sake. Find out all about this emblematic beverage and how to incorporate it into your menu to meet the growing demand from your customers.
